We are a reasonable sized club in the Chelmsford area but we have really streamlined our team selection which has drastically reduced the amount of work the captains have had to do. It's meant that our club can concentrate on enjoying its cricket instead of wasting valuable time chasing up players! We've also recruited over 30 new members and started up a women's cricket team, largely as a result of our increased profile on the internet and the ease with which we can now communicate with our members.
